At Aqua Outback, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review our Refund and Cancellation policy below.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least one week prior to your check-in date to receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation between 3-7 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of your check-in date, no refund will be provided.

  1. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to make the reservation.

  1. Exceptions

In the event of a natural disaster, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances that result in the closure of our resort or the inability for you to reach us, we will provide a full refund regardless of the cancellation period.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting the revised policy on our website.
